The interesting work is knowing when AI should talk to users, and when it should just work quietly in the background — so users get a system that's actually useful, not a demo that falls over the moment someone trusts it.

We use the same skills to build our own products, like Sifter. It keeps us honest — when you eat your own cooking, the cooking gets better.
